I've been selling real estate for about 12 years. I've been with the Woodinville office of Windermere since the beginning because I believe that it is one of the friendliest and most helpful offices in the area.
I've helped many people buy and sell homes throughout the greater Seattle area. I work mainly by referral, which means that I have to provide great service in order to stay in business. I try and give my clients 110% all the time.
Here are a few interesting statistics about my real estate career:
- Highest # of transactions with the same client: 7
- 2nd highest # of transactions with the same client: 5
- Longest I've worked with a client to find a home: 3 years (and probably over 100 homes viewed)
- Shortest time working with a client to find a home: 2 days
- Most # of houses shown to a client in one day: 18 (client transferring in for a job)
- Fewest # of homes showed before my client purchased: 2
I also believe that continuing my education in real estate is critical to both my clients' and my success. The real estate industry is constantly changing, and I need to be aware of any and all issues that could affect my clients.
To that end, I've acquired the following accreditations:
- CRS - Certified Residential Specialist
- ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative
- SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist
- ASP - Accredited Staging Professional
I am also working towards my GRI designation. To the average consumer, these acronyms mean absolutely nothing. But the bottom line is that I take my role as client advocate very seriously. Having said this, just because I've spent countless hours learning to be a better Realtor, I'd be the first person to admit that I don't know it all. But, if I'm asked a question that I don't know the answer to, I'll always be happy to find it.
Life before Real Estate
Before I began my career in real estate, I spent many years working in the software industry in a variety of positions. To read more about my past work history, click
