In this day and age, finding reliable vendors is getting more difficult each day.  I believe that if a person/organization does well by me, then I need to make sure that everyone knows about their services.  I make my living off of referrals from satisfied clients, and so do the folks below.  What you won't find listed below, are companies that I've used in the past who have done a less than stellar job, who have been unreliable in returning phone calls, or who have missed scheduled appointments without so much as a call.

Handyman repair - If you have a "to-do" list that you've been putting off for awhile, call Ken Baltzell.  He's a former builder who now does small job contracting.  His hourly fees are reasonable, and he does great work.  He's also a great source of information if you have home repair/remodel questions.  He's my "go-to" guy when I need help.  He doesn't have a website, but his phone# is (206) 669-7708

 

Home Appliances - Frederick's Home Appliances in Redmond.  Frederick's is where I buy all the appliances for my home and rental properties.  Eric Blakemore is the owner and a great guy!

Mortgage - Need a loan for your new home? Wells Fargo Home Mortgage - Patrick Hanchett has financed all of my properties, and has helped nearly all of my clients as well!  He's a great lender, but his poker skills need some help.

 

Remodeling - Cabinet Source Inc.  I happened upon this company purely by accident while searching for kitchen cabinets in my remodel.  The owner, Ken Wachter was easy to work with, and his crew was very professional.  They did the installation of my kitchen cabinets.  Of the various contractors I used in my remodel, CSI was the only company to show up on time as promised, and they cleaned up after themselves after each workday.  Check out my Blog for photos of my kitchen remodel.
